Anand Singh founded IQ Growth Labs in 2024 after seven years selling and scaling revenue across SaaS, digital media, HRTech and EdTech.
At Disney+ Hotstar he generated $11.5M+ in advertising revenue across two roles in ten months. As Business Consultant (Aug 2023–Jan 2024) he generated $4.5M, including $3M within three months, and converted to a permanent role. As Advertising Account Manager (Feb–May 2024) he generated a further $7M, including a $1.7M single-client enterprise deal.
Before that he co-founded Sybylline Technologies, built a 25-person sales team and delivered an exit. He has also managed a $1M ARR HRTech business and led enterprise SaaS sales at InterviewBit.
Today he leads IQ Growth Labs, where he has served 50+ clients and generated $60M+ in client revenue. He is also building 90sHire.ai, an AI hiring startup, so every playbook is tested on his own P&L first.
